I am married, father of two daughters and "Papa" to two grand daughters. My first passions in life are my God and My Family.

I am a Realtor for La Cita Realty, Inc., Titusville, Florida, as is my wife Jean.

I am a Licensed Mortgage Broker for Merritt Lending on Merritt Island, Florida. It is a joy to help homebuyers find an affordable loan at a reasonable cost to originate. Through Merritt Lending, I have helped many people realize the American Dream of home ownership.

I serve my Church on the Administrative Board at Indian River City UMC, and as an Admin board member I am invited to attend Advisory Council meetings as well.

 

I teach Faith Alive! at IRCUMC. This class is required of all new member candidates. I teach our core values, i.e., That Jesus is Lord, we share our Faith, we accept people as they are, we share our talents, spiritual gifts, and money. We become more like Jesus in our daily walk through Bible Study, Prayer, and journaling.

My first avocation is teaching ballroom and social dancing. Together with my wife of 42 years, we teach dance to upwards of sixty people every week. We teach Waltz, Foxtrot, Tango, Rumba, Salsa, Swing, Nightclub 2 Step, Foxxy, Mambo, Samba, Bolero, Shag, Bossa Nova, Merengue..

Jean and I are wanna-be golfers. We have played La Cita,Royal Oak, The Great Outdoors, Sherwood Golf Club, Willow Lakes RV and Golf Resort, Steel Canyon in San Diego, etc., etc. We are avid duplicate bridge players, and Jean is a AA level tennis player.
